Estelle Welch - Co-Founder and Co-Director of Identities Theatre and primary Producer of 'The Streets are Scared of Thinking'. Estelle moved from Worcestershire to London in 2018 to study Arts Management at Goldsmiths, University of London. Creativity has always been at the forefront of her life. She is a musician and studied Fine Art and Textile Design until University and continues painting and sewing today. At school she joined the drama groups as a Stage Manager, putting her organisational skills to use. Throughout her childhood she wanted to work in theatre, regularly visiting local theatres aspiring to be behind the scenes. Today she works part time at Drama Studio London, working in administration learning the ropes of theatre, TV and Film production. 
Ania Wr√≥blewska - Co-Founder and Co-Director of Identities Theatre, the primary Producer of 'BODY Talk'. Originally from Poland, Ania came to London in September 2018 to study Arts Management at Goldsmiths, University of London. Her theatre journey started when she was a child and was part of a theatre group in nursery. Since then she performed in an amateur theatre productions, attended music school playing violin which helped her develop sensibility and discipline. In 2015 together with her school theatre group Ania was the laureate of  Youth Theatre Festival where she performed as Lady Macbeth. Nowadays, beside studying she works with young people at Theatre Peckham in London and is focusing on becoming a theatre producer.
